If more than the required applicants are received, who can qualify according to the previous paragraph, the - selection will be by ballot. Applicants will be required to appear before the Rotorua Farming Sub-Committee for determination of the qualifications to enter the ballot at 10.30 a.m. on Friday, 10th June 1949. The ballot, if necessary, will take place directly thereafter. ' The description of the land is as follows:
