CLOSING BAY AND FINAL TOURNAMENT With excellent weather for the official closing day, a large number of bowlers turned out to enjoy the last official game of the season. Results:— Bowling jumble. Winner, Mr G. Latta. Mixed Fours. Winners, Chamberlain, Cockerell, Stacey, Burgess (s). Picnic Pairs Tourney Progressive. Forty .bowlers entered for this popular type of tourney, which was played in two sections. * No. 1 Section: Leads, R. Stewart, 41 wins. Skips, G. Caisley, 4 wins, K, Murphy, 4 wins. . Murphy and Caisley played, off and the section was won by Murphy. , No. 2 Section: Leads, W. Compton 4 wins, A. Cockerell 4 wins. Skips, P. Dixon 4 wins. Compton and Cockerell played off and Compton proved the winner of the section.

Finals: Leads, R. Stewart defeated W. Compton. Skips, R. Murphy defeated P. Dixon.
