Wigg, who is giving up dairying, we will sell, without reserve, his whole herd of Jersey cows and heifers as follows: 54 High Grade Jersey Cows 8 Extra Choice Quality Springing Jersey Heifers 1 3-year Pedigree Jersey Bull Also: 1 Circular Saw and Engine. Auctioneers’ Note: Mr Wigg has been milking his own herd on half shares for Mr M. Wood. The farm is situated 1100 feet above sea level and the herd produced 2801bs butterfat, factory returns, last season, and they will complete this season with a similar record. Sixteen of the cows are due in June, 32 in August and six in September. Individual calving dates will be given at the sale.
