CAR DOORS STOPPED FROM RATTLING

British car manufacturers are using a new magnet material which holds doors securely and spares motorists the amioyance of rattling doors when travelling fast. The door is closed in the ordinary way, but as the edge of the door approaches the lock the magnet “takes over’” draws the door closed and holds it firmly in place.
