Failed To Clear Land
Failing to clear his land of ragwort, Ho Hepa Atarau, Waiohau, was fined £3, costs £1 15s, by Mr E. L. Walton, S.M., in the Whakatane Magistrate’s Court yesterday. The charge was brought by Mr A. Carling, Whakatane County Council inspector.
