Manawahe Gift Evening
In honour of the approaching "j marriage of Miss Joyce Erskine, Manawahe, local residents held a kitchen evening and dance on Saturday night in the Manawahe Hall. There was a large crowd and Miss Erskine received several useful presents. A monte carlo was won byMrs Cunningham, Edgecumbe, and Mr A. Rimmer. Manawahe. Mr D. K. Reid was M.C.
