ICE CREAM PUDDING This delicious pudding should preferably be made overnight. 1 cup milk, 1 egg, 1 dessertspoon gelatine, 1 teaspoon sugar. Beat yolk of egg, add milk, sugar and gelatine. Stir over fire till mixture begins to thicken, but do not boil. Put aside till partially set, then fold in stiffly beaten white of egg. This can be served on its own or with the addition of stewed or raw fruit.
