SCHOOL SPORTS TOMORROW

Tomorrow at the Show Grounds, those interested in the school will be given an opportunity of seeing many of the games and drill activities that feature on the new Physcial Education Syllabus. A House competition is run in connection with the activities, but the programme differs from the usual sports one, in that all the children are engaged all the time Saturday has been chosen as the Field Day, in order that all parents will be able to attend. The programme will start at 10.30 a.m. There will be a break for lunch, hot water being provided. Afternoon tea, soft drinks and ice cream will be. available. Admission is 1/-, the proceeds being devoted to the General Fund.—P.B.A.
