“That all Communists be debarred from membership of the Returned Services Association. For the purposes of this resolution, without limiting the meaning of the word Communist it shall include any person who is a member of the Communist Party or who is disloyal to or subversive of our King and country,” was the text of a resolution passed at the last meeting of the Te Aroha branch of the 'Returned Services Association. This action was taken following the receipt of a circular issued from the R.S.A. central executive which advised that such a move should ! be taken and was unanimously approved by the meeting.
