MILITARY AND ECONOMIC DICTATORSHIP
Sir, —America today is the leading power! This statements wants verification? The British Commonwealth, Europe, and American people are under the supervision of an economic dictatorship (resident in Wall Street) which is leading up to a world dictatorship, military and economic. The history of the dictator for the last 3000 years has been the same.
First infiltration of 'financial strategy and finally military control to protect the plunder of their schemes for a world dictatorship. Today we are in the thick of the greatest plot of all; with ample means for propaganda has kept nations pitted against nations whilst he is collecting the peace. Professer Einstin, General Eisenhowever, and their colleagues have issued a warning (Herald, February 15, 1949) to the American people and to which all British .people- ofthe gentile race should take heed. So beware of the bureaucracy of
party politics as the mandate to “divide the rule.” Physical training from the viewpoint of health for the youth of 'this country is good; but conscription in the time of peace is a dangerous expedient causing further drainage bn our manpower with increased indebtedness to those who would force the issue.
General Eisenhower stated that the United States was in danger of falling into the hands of a dictatorship. Without a shot being fired! It could easily happen here! Centralised control under economic and military supervision, under a bureaucratic government spells conscription; in other words a standing army in peace time to enforce its edicts. While General Eisenhower was expressing his views, Professor Einstein and many other prominent citizens were drawing attention to the marked trend of military control over American life. In a report against conscription it is stated that there has been many million dollars spent in propaganda to undermine the American tradition of. civilian control and, further, 'hat Americans are becoming awaie of the underground influence of military authority controlling civilian activities. Youth requires physical training; but to enforce conscription in time of peace is detrimental.* / • Yours etc., .T>,;*v r . W. BRADSHAW.
