BUSINESS: To "deal with a notice of motion in which it is proposed that Rule 4 (a) (2) which provides inter alia “that not less than four members of the committee shall be holders of debentures” be deleted from the Rules and that Rule 4 (i) be amended by deleting the words “except that debenture holders not ' being more than four in number may be members of the Committee although not being members of the Club.” To consider plans for a new Club house.
