Pig’s Feed From A Cow

Several months ago when Mr O. Gaskell, a Hunty farmer, went to milk his house cows he saw two weaner pigs busy feeding from one of the Jersey cows, so he decided to allow them to continue efeding fn this rather novel manner. A short time ago one of the pigs was accidentally killed, but the other, a well-developed pig, continued feeding from the cow. When any strangers approached the pig, the cow ran to it and the pig in turn demonstrated its affection for its bovine mother in very convincing fashion as if it had been trained to give a public exhibition of its devotion.
