Tuesday Evening’s v Meeting

Now affiliated with the Waikato Centre of the N.Z.A.A.A., the Whakatane Amateur Athletic Club held another successful practice meeting on Tuesday evening. Now that the regular weekly turn-out has started to have its effect, earlier indications that there was worthwhile talent in the club are fully endorsed, and it is a safe guess that its' colours will be carried with distinction outside the district before many seasons have passed.
