DISTRIBUTION THE KEY
Sir, —The problem of production was solved many years ago by the white races. But today we have the paradox of poverty midst plenty. It was not production that broke down. It is defective distribution produced by Bureaucratic Dictatorship supporting a foreign policy. This is a clear statement of a major problem that has to be faced if We are to get sufficient produc- . tion to meet the general requirei ments of the individual. Therefore “producer-consumer control” must come, not from the Government, but from the people. This means financial control, control by the common law of supply and demand within the Dominion. Party politics has been, and still as, -the dictatorship and pillar of strength for the foreign financier. Therefore the people must ask for and demand the free administration of their credit. And it lies with the electors of this country to enforce the control of our economic administration without foreign interference. But it cannot be done on party lines; and when you realise your voting power you will use it. 1 There were dictators in 1848 who refused the rights of man (freedom to choose or refuse). We are in a worse plight today. The principle that all men are the absolute property of the ruling power, and that no man had the right of initiative, except for the benefit of the ruling power, governmental control by the few, dates back to the Exodus; and having devastated many cities, and nations in its track is spreading its tentacles within the British Commonwealth in the form of Socialism, or exalted Communism. No matter which, as its administration is antagonistic to " British freedom. Yours etc., W. BRADSHAW. .
