QUICK FRUIT DESERT
As its name suggests, this dessert can be whipped up in a very few minutes. It makes an excellent sweet for a not so' warm night. 6 ripe bananas h cup orange juice 4 tablespoons brown sugar 1 cup grated coconut. Peel and cut bananas in half, lengthwise. Place in a greased taking tin. Mix orange juice and brown sugar, then pour it over the bananas, adding lemon juice if not-tart enough. Sprinkle with coconut, and bake in a moderate oven for ten minutes.
