McGill Reported Seen At Waihi

Richard McGill, for whom police have been conducting a Dominionwide search since Tuesday morning, is still missing, though it was reported from Hamilton on Wednesday night that a man answering his description was seen at Waihi early

that evening by a man who claimed to have known him. All available police from nearby stations have been concentrated in that area. Workmates of the missing man say he had been a little strange in his behaviour since returning from Auckland early last month. Police here had had no official report of the Waihi investigations up to 8 o’clock this morning.
