Governor - General A PROCLAMATION Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Gov-ernor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for addition to land to be subdivided and shall vest in the Whakatane Harbour Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventeenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and fortynine.
