Stole Uniforms From Gaol
Iwata, convict of Nagoya gaol for two years, heard from friends that cotton cloth was scarce and valuable outside. A On the day of his release he robbed the gaol storehouse of 29 prisoners’ uniforms, which he intended to smuggle out for sale. He was detected and sentenced to another two-year term.
