Man Injured While Hay Making
While hay making on Mr J. Shaw’s farm at Edgecumbe on Friday a man was seriously injured in the knee by a hay grab. He was Mr F. W. Fitzpatrick, Blenheim. The acident occurred about 3.30 p.m. Mr Fitzpatrick was 1 immediately rushed to the hospital by Mr Shaw, as his injury was causing him to lose quite a lot of blood. His condition today was reported to he “quite satisfactory.”
