Adam Steps Out

Adam’s Buck-She Dance in the Thornton Hall on Wednesday evening provedjooth enjoyable and profitable and resulted in placing Adam in the lead in the competition with Eve. The event provided Adam with an opportunity to demonstrate his ability to stage an evening’s entertainment unaided, although one could see the hand of Eve in the making of sandwiches. The rendering of two brackets of songs by the male quartet was much appreciated as was also the humorous duet by Messrs J. Jones and T. Fisher. It is anticipated Eve will not let "the matter rest and Adam can expect hot competition at an early date.
