Gardeners’ Course
At the request % of the Dominion Council of the Commercial Market Gardeners’ Association, a fortnight’s course for commercial vegetable growers is to be instituted at Massey Agriculture College next year. The course will be devoted largely to a study of soils and manures, modern machinery, sprays for control of insect pests and fungoid diseases, and the use of hormones as weed-kill-ers. 1
