As a young woman left a bank at St. Leonard-on-Sea, Sussex, a man jumped from a car and snatched from her a cloth bag she was carrying. Then he made a quick getaway in the car.. Arid in the bag he found—three dead kittens which the young woman was taking to drop in the sea. —Daily Mirror.
