How will it 7 You can enrich your hay and make sure it opens up next season in first-class condition by using TOMOANA HAYSTACK MIXTURE. TOMOANA HAYSTACK MIXTURE is a molasses-salt-minera! mixture, specially made as a crumbly meal for easy handling of the molasses. It is simply thrown on, layer by layer, as the stack is built. The mixture works in two ways. Not only does it give a good “cure” to the whole bulk of the hay, but it also forms part of the molasses diet in winter when hay is normally fed out. Ask your produce merchant for Results speak for themselves- “ The cows ate it well—far better than untreated hay fed out at the same time. This was due to the increased palatability of the hay when the mixture was added. There was no calving trouble throughout the herd, and every cow cleaned before coming out of the paddock.’' A. G. PATERSON, Manager, Waimate West Demonstration Farm. "I used your Tomoana Haystack Mixture for part of my hay crop last year and despite the fact that, owing to the adverse conditions the hay was a bit on the dry side, with the addition of the molasses mixture it came out of the stack in first class condition, and proved one hundred per cent palatable,” R. H. N. HERBERT, “Manianui”, Bruntwood. w. For further information write to Nutrition Advisory Department, & R. FLETCHER (N.Z.) LTD., BOX 663, WELLINGTON.
