Treatment Of Milk

So rapid has been the development of city milk-treating depots in New Zealand that it has ’ been found necessary to institute further short refresher course for treatinghouse managers and their staffs. The Dairy Division of the Department of Agriculture has arranged with Massey Agricultural College for the holding of another of these courses in market milk technique towards the end of November. In addition to the College staff, visiting speakers writh specialised knowledge of their subjects have- agreed to give addresses.
