Ohope W.I.
The Ohope Women’s Institute held a very successful card evening in the Hostel last week to raise further funds towards the children’s Xmas party. There was a very good attendance and with the entry fees from a competition won by Mr Cave the venture was well wofth while. Mr Thomas won the men’s prize and Mrs White the women’s. It was decided to hold another evening during November and the evening wound up with a tasty supper.
