Deadly Hemlock And Young Children
Cases are still being reported of children being poisoned by hemlock, states the Education Gazette dated October 15. It is suggested that teachers might make use of an article which appeared on November 1, 1946 in a talk to children on the dangers of the plant. This might be followed by a survey by the children on the incidence of hemlock in the school district, and steps might be taken to have the danger spots removed.
