SIMPSON. On October 26, 1948, at a Private Hospital, Auckland, after a short illness, George Annand dearly loved husband of Maggie and loved father of Bessie (Mrs Cowie), John, James (killed in action 17th August, 1942),- Margaret and Cathlene. Aged 68 years. A service will be held in the Presbyterian Church, Matata, at 2 p.m. today (Friday) funeral then leaving for the Awakaponga Cemetery. 374
