Realism
For the first time, actual photographs of a ten-dollar bill, a sheet of Treasury Department stationery, an Internal Revenue liquor stamp, and the official Badge and Commission of an agent of the U.S. Secret Service, will be seen 9 on the screen. The film is “T-Men,” an Edward Small production released by EagleLion. “T-Men” is a terific true-to-life drama based on actual cases on the files of the Law Enforcement Department of the U.S. Treasury. Retired Chief Co-ordinator of Law Enforcement Agencies, Elmer L. Irey, was technical adviser during the film’s production, and actually appears in the opening and closing sequences.
