DOMINION HEADS OF Y.F.C. AT WAINUI MEETING
President & Secy. Address New Club Geat interest was aroused by the visit of the Dominion president, Mr D. G. McLaehlan, and the Dominion organising secretary, Mr S. Freeman, to the Wainui Y.F.C. monthly meeting on Tuesday night. Mr E. R. Marryatt, district secretary, was also present. The excellent attendance of 20 included three newly-enrolled members. The chairman, Mr M. Burke, introduced the visitors and welcomed them to the district. At the conclusion of the general business both Mr McLiachlan and Mr Freeman addressed the meeting and gave very interesting talks on the aims and objects of the federation and stresed the value of the organisation. A vote of thanks to Mr McLachlan, Mr Freeman and Mr Marrvatt was carried by acclamation.
