As a sequel to an accident in which a Road Services truck backed into one of their taxis behind the Post Office, Whakatane, J.' McComb and Co. Ltd., taxi proprietors, were awarded £94 19s 9d damages, with costs £7.15s plus witnesses’ expenses in the Magistrate’s Court at Whakatane on Tuesday, Mr E. L.
