Use For Old Carpet
When the pattern has worn off the carpet, but the back is quite good, make it into a good oilcloth for the bathroom. Beat out all the dust, then turn carpet wrong side up. Spread some size all over it. When dry, paint any colour desired with a good paint. It will stand scrubbing and hard wear.
