Walton, S.M., judgments for plaintiffs by default were, given in the following civil claims:— lames McGlone (suing on behalf of the Crown) v Tairoa Francis Maloney £ll 15s and costs £3 ss; O. Wilson and M. S. Martin v T. McLean, £22 6s 9d and costs £4 19s; Magnus Lennie v Austin N. Priestley, £9 12s 6d and costs £1 17s 6d; Cutlers Hardware Ltd. v Steve Hotene, £3 11s and costs 32s 6d.
