WAIMANA GOLF BALL ATTRACTS RECORD CROWD
Great Success In Every Way The annual golf ball was held recently in the Waimana Hall and was a great success in every way. Patrons were present from near and far, in fact, it was the largest gathering of dancers seen in the Waimana Hall kt a hall for quite a while. Excellent dance music was played by Harrison’s orchestra, and Mr A. Bell obliged with an extra. Mr Angus was M.C. The Grand March was. led by Mr and Mrs M. King, and during this the many lovely frocks were seen at their best. The hall and stage had been decorated with Nikau palms, bright coloured flowers and balloons.
