According to recent, reports of industrial Chambers of Commerce and the Artisans’ Association, private enterprise is encouraged by the state and works strictly with the state-owned sector of Polish economy. Newly-established private, factories are steadily increasing in number; with no legal restrictions whatsoever as to size and number of employees. Private trade and crafts obtain saw materials from state-owned industries, and get their full share in investment credits provided by the state investment plan,.
