Residents of Edgecumbe and surrounding districts will be pleased to hear of the recent, appointment of Mr H. W. Ward as Justice of the Peace. Mr Ward has served the community of Edgecumbe for many years now in different spheres of work and has always been noted for his pleasant and pleasing personality and his willingness and reliability to tackle the job in hand. It is fitting that Mr Ward should be sel*ected for this honour.
