HUNT CLUB RACES WELL ATTENDED AT TE TEKO: BEN BATTLE’S OPEN
Saturday’s Hunt Club point-to-point race meeting at Te Teko drew a good crowd, despite changeable weather. Big events of the day, the open steeplechase for the Dunderdale Cup, and the Maori steeplechase for the Pahiopoto Cup were won by J. Thompson’s Ben Battle and R. Park’s Destiny respectively.
