Primary Schools Rugby Tournament Here Next Season Though not highly successful, the Whakatane team that took part in the Bay of Plenty Primary Schools annual Rugby tournament at Rotorua last week enjoyed themselves thoroughly. The Primary Schools Rugby Union saw to it that there was an adequate entertainment programme, and comfortable billeting had been arranged.
