Orange Delight: (N# coeking needed). Z eggs, 2 •ramges, \ cup sugar, 1 dessert spoon Davis* gelatine. Separate the yolks and whites. Beat the yolks and add sugar; dissolve the gelatine in £ tumbler hot water, allow to cool and add eggs and sugar. Then add the juice of the oranges and finr ally fold in the stiffly beaten whites. Leave to set.
