Y.W.C.A. Secretary’s Visit
Miss N. Black, general secretary for the Y.W.C.A. in New Zealand, is expected to arrive at Whakatane on Wednesday in the course, of a lecture tour dealing with'the work of her Association in New Zealand and overseas during the war. She will address a meeting of women’s organisations convened by the Whakatane League of Mothers on Thursday afternoon. Miss Black will be well remembered by members of the armed forces who went to the Middle East.
