Vagrancy Charged Dismissed: Remand Application Refused
Messrs C. S. Armstrong and S. S. Shapley, J's P. on Wednesday dismissed a charge of vagrancy brought the police against Anthony Barbarich, of Kutarere. Constable R. F. Julian sought a remand, but Mr B. S. Barry, for the defendant, submitted that he should be dealt with forthwith or the case dismissed.
