SCHEDULE All branded and numbered trees on that piece of land approximately 224 acres in Block 111, Rangitaiki Lower Survey District, being Sawmill Area 81, State Forest 101, approximately 11 miles- from Edgecumbe Railway Station, the same being more particularly delineated on Plan No. 39/45 deposited in the office of the State Forest Service, Rotorua. Appraised quantities of milling timber are as follows: Species Rimu Miro Tawa Tanekaha Rewarewa Hinau Mangeao Pukatea Upset Price: £1,740. Time for Removal: 1 year. Terms of Payment: A marked cheque for £4OO, together with £1 Is License Fee, must accompany the tender, the balance to be paid in 10 monthly instalments secured by Promissory Notes endorsed to the satisfaction of the Conservator of Forests.
