BAY OF PLENTY ELECTRICPOWER BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED APPLICATION FOR SANCTION OF LOAN Notice is hereby given that the Bay of Plenty Electric-Power Board proposes at its meeting to be held on the 10th day of August 1948 to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of £45,000 (Forty-five thousand pounds) for the purpose of further reticulation of electric power within the whole of the Bay of Plenty Electric-power District. The security of such loan shall be a special rate of l/32d (one thirty second of one penny) in the £ on the rateable unimproved vstlue of all rateable property in the Bay of Plenty Electric-power District. Any person having'any objection to the proposed application is .called upon to submit the same in writing to the Bay of Plenty Elec-tric-Power Board not later than the day preceding the said meeting.
