Wild Horse Nuisance
Mobs of wild horses in the National Park-Taupo area, always a traffic menace, are becoming a more serious hazard as the fencing of native and development schemes in the area .forces them to forage nearer highways. Several accidents, resulting in serious damage'to vehicles have occurred in recent months.
