County Building Repairs
Soundings made under the foundations of the County Council building before repairs were started recently revealed that the reclaimed material rests on sand. However, holes have been sunk and reinforced piles cast in place and bonded to the foundation wall above. The job is being done in sections .and one section has already been completed:
