BAY MOTOR RETAILERS MEETING
The 11th annual meeting of the Bay of Plenty branch of the New Zealand Retail Motor Traders’ Association was held in Whakatane last week. Members of the Association were present from all of the Bay districts including Tauranga, Rotorua, -Te Puke and Whakatane. Some executive members of the Auckland branch of the Association paid a courtesy visit to the meeting. Addresses were given by Mr A. Dysart, of Hastings, Dominion president of the body, and Mr C. R. Edmonds, the general secretary,' on matters relating to the motor trade, the progress of the organisation over the past year and the problems to be faced in the future. Mr J. Talbot, of Rotorua, was reelected Chairman of the Bay of Plenty branch.
