A UNRRA fund to set Italy’s maternity and child welfare services on its feet again is still short of three billion lire. Here are sorpe of the losses to be made good: 39 maternity and children’s clinics, 1,262 maternity clinics, 1,074 pediatric clinics, 153 day nurseries, 669 maternal refectories and 40 other clinics..
