In a series of’ games designed to test the strength of their respective teams, in view of the forthcoming ' visit to New Zealand of the tralians, hockey representatives of the Central Bay of Plenty and Hawke’s Bay assembled at Gisborne on Saturday tp play a series of representative fixtures.
