PUBLIC NOTICES BAY OF PLENTY CATCHMENT DISTRICT—PROPOSED CONSTITUTION The Local Government Commission, acting under powers conferred on it by Local Government Commission Act 1946, has promulgated a provisional scheme for constitution of a Bay of Plenty Catchment District to comprise whole of Counties of Whakatane and Tauranga, part of Counties of Rotorua and Opotiki and small portions of Counties 'of Waikohu, Taupo and Matamata, and also districts of Boroughs of Opotiki, Whakatane, Rotorua, Te Puke, Tauranga and Mount ,Maunganui. Objections to this Scheme must be lodged within one month of publication of this notice with Secretary, Local Government Commission, Box 30, Govt. Buildings, Wellington. The date for this purpose shall be deemed to be 13th July. If within time specified no objections are received Commission will proceed to approve v of the Scheme as a Final Scheme. Copies of Scheme may be viewed at offices of County Councils of Whakatane, Tauranga, Rotorua, Opotiki, Waikohu and Matamata, at offices of Borough Councils of Opotiki, Whakatane, Rotorua, Te Puke, Tauranga and Mt.
