Whakatane Rugby SubUnion Draw For Saturday

Following is the draw for Saturday’s club games in the Whakatane Rugby Sub-Union’s competition:— Seniors United v Waimana at Waimana. Paroa v P.W.D. at Whakatane. Wairaka v Taneatua at Taneatua. Juniors The Junior draw is the the Senior. The venue for all Junior matches will be the same as the Seniors for the remainder of the competitions. Rep. Practice Senior A and B representative players and emergencies are to attend a practice on the Domain at 10 a.m. on Sunday. Arrangements For Monday

The Junior representative team, published in Tuesday’s Beacon will meet at the Rock at 10.45. The bus will leave at 11 a.m. sharp. Any Paroa or Poroporo players who wish to be picked up en route will notify Mr Bert Norman. Rendezvous for such players will be Simon’s Store, Poroporo. The Senior A and B Reps, will meet at the Rock at 12 noon sharp. Any Paroa or Poroporo players who wish to be picked up en route will notify Mr S. Carter or Mr D. Stewart. Rendezvous will be the- same as for the Juniors.

Seniors Matata v Te Teko at Matata, 2 p.m. Edgecumbe v Otakiri at -Edgecumbe, 2.30 p.m. Matahina v Thornton at Te Teko, 2.30 p.m. Juniors Edgecumbe v Thornton at Edgecumbe, 1- p.m, Te Teko v Matata at Te Teko, 1 p.m. Rangitaiki Rep. players are asked to note these assembly times for Monday, June 7, at Te Teko ground: Junior 11.30 a.m., senior B 12.30 p.m., senior A 1.45 p.m.
