Hunt Ball Arrangements
Arrangements for the annual Hunt'ball, to be "‘held at Whakatane on the evening of June 17, are now well advanced, and the coming event is being freely discussed, not only over the tea cups but in places where mere males foregather to sip the foaming tankard. There are mouth-watering whispers about the super supper, and girlish giggles over daring interpretations of the “new look” in fascinating new frocks.—P.B.A.
